of Statutory Law was presented to Congress “in
which the law on Children and Adolescents
is promulgated”, a proposal that
prioritizes eight basic themes: Nutrition,
Education, Sexual and Reproductive Health,
Special Protection, Civil Registration,
Maternal Mortality, Infant Mortality,
and Water and Sanitation. Based on what

First steps toward the Third Governors’ Summit
for Children, Adolescents and Healthy Environment
Bogotá, June 16/06. Last Wednesday, June 14, UNICEF’s installations
were the scene of the Meeting of Secretaries of the Department of National
Planning, to establish the thematic and contextual framework of the Third
Governors’ Summit for Children, Adolescents and Healthy Environment,
planned for October 10 and 11, in the city of Cali.

its first rock concert in support for Colombian Children,
